A standard robot is often programmed by means of "teaching" by manually moving it to the desired positions and then saving them. With the integration of a CNC controller, this time-consuming process of "teaching" is no longer necessary. Instead, the robot is programmed directly on the PC to move precisely to the desired positions in the room. This method enables faster and more efficient programming of the robot. In addition, in conjunction with a milling spindle, complex milling operations can be programmed and executed similarly to a CNC machine. This leads to an increase in productivity and precision in production.
