The MAX Machining Table MMT-500-DD from MABI Robotic is the perfect accessory for your additive manufacturing robotics application. It is factory equipped with powerful, water-cooled direct drives and a high-resolution encoder. This ensures high performance for efficient machining, combined with high positioning accuracy for high machining precision. MABI Robotic's MMT-500-DD is specifically designed for AM robotics applications.
The solid construction offers extremely high torsional rigidity and is therefore ideally suited for applications with dynamic forces, such as milling. In addition to electrical and pneumatic interfaces, the table plate with endless rotation also offers a media feed-through with optional rotary feed-through. The most diverse machining scenarios can thus be realized - from 3D printing to mechanical machining. The Ø600mm table top is equipped with M8 threads as standard. Customized table tops are available on request.
The MMT-500-DD forms a compact unit in itself. This allows independent positioning and you have maximum flexibility in the design of your cell. The extension, of an existing robot system, with a rotary swivel table is possible at any time and without problems. The additional drive units are housed in an additional control cabinet.
