The MAX-100 is a 6-axis industrial robot. The version MAX-100 Precision is equipped with the secondary encoder technology on all axes. With a payload of 100 kg a stiffness is achieved which corresponds to a 3-times higher payload. As a result, much higher manufacturing accuracies can be achieved, which enables optimal use in additive and subtractive manufacturing. Especially in process applications with dynamic forces and movements, you benefit from less time expenditure, lower costs and smaller personnel resources, since the optimization of accuracy is reduced to a minimum. In the version MAX-100 Basic the industrial robot is also available without the secondary encoder technology.
The MAX-100 is driven by the most powerful Siemens SINUMERIK ONE - the premium class among CNC controls. The high CNC performance is characterized by intelligent control algorithms and offers fully integrated CAx and offline programming. You benefit from a familiar operating environment. An expert knowledge is not required and the G-code-based programming makes it easy to get started.
Extensions with a MAX Linear Rail or a MAX Machining Table are possible at any time and without any problems. The consistency of the Siemens components enables an easy integration into the Siemens environment.
